Chapter one - article one

100 years
of Trinity

To celebrate Trinity is to celebrate Cartier. Firstly, because this is where it all began: a ring conceived by Louis Cartier that broke away from the conventional standards of its time, ushering in a modern era of jewelry and eventually becoming one of the first design icons of the Maison.

Secondly, because it resonated with the Maison's history from the very beginning, encompassing the legacy of the three brothers - Louis, Pierre, and Jacques - as well as the significance of the three historic boutiques in Paris, London and New York. Three, the perfect number, the magic number!

And lastly, because it transcends fame and age, defies borders and conventions, embracing all, whether for him or for her, it is free from judgment. A universal icon that celebrates the bonds of love every day and whose codes have now become synonymous with the Cartier signature.

The celebrations took place, almost simultaneously, in three different parts of the world: New York, London and Paris. Three destinations that represent the pillars of the Maison founded by the three Cartier brothers at the beginning of the 20th century.
